About the role

We are searching for a highly skilled and passionate Community Lead to lead the processes in our mission to engage, support, and empower our community within the crypto and blockchain landscape. This role is ideal for a candidate with a robust community-building foundation and excellent community skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships and enhance community involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage deBridge’s various online communities and in-person events
• Manage and oversee a global team of community managers and moderators to effectively engage the community.
• Develop and implement a community growth strategy, leveraging both online and offline channels to enhance engagement and brand loyalty.
• Plan and execute community events, both in person and online.
• Ensure efficient communication between the community's needs and feedback, and the product development team.
• Be online: always be active on Twitter, Discord, TG, etc, and keep the community fun and engaging, while informing them of any key updates and alpha leaks from the development and product team
• Collaborate with BD and marketing to develop activities for expanding the existing community with a focus on the visible community (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, etc)
